1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services provided by PT ESupply Box Indonesia ("Company," "we," or "us") , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

Service: Refers to our automated, subscription-based office supply procurement system, including digital tax compliance and reporting.
User: Any individual or company that registers and uses our services.
Account: The user profile created during registration that includes company data and contact information.
Subscription: The recurring delivery of office supplies as per the selected package and any subsequent modifications.

3. Account Registration and Security

Users must register an account by providing accurate and complete company data and personal information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to our customer support.

4. Description of Services

Our service offers an automated subscription model for office supplies, including products such as office stationery, pantry essentials, and cleaning supplies.
The service includes digital tax compliance support, with automated generation of digital tax forms for every transaction.
Users may adjust their recurring orders up to 3 days before the next scheduled delivery to suit their changing needs.

5. Orders and Subscription Management

All orders are processed through your user account.
You may modify your recurring order details (subject to available options) up to 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery.
Once an order is confirmed and processed, modifications may not be permitted beyond the cutoff period.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for our products and services are due at the time of order placement.
All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is received damaged, broken, or in otherwise unsatisfactory condition.
Refund or replacement claims for damaged products must be initiated within 2 to 3 days after receipt, and you must provide supporting evidence such as photographs.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
It is your responsibility to inspect delivered products promptly upon receipt.
In case of delivery issues or damaged products, please contact our support within the stipulated timeframe as described in Section 6.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and company data collected is used solely for internal sales and operational purposes and will not be disclosed to external parties.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable Indonesian data protection laws.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Users are not permitted to generate or post additional content on our platform beyond the required data for account creation and order placement.
Any misuse of the platform or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PT ESupply Box Indonesia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the website solely for personal or internal business purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PT ESupply Box Indonesia be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, except as expressly provided in these terms.
Our liability in relation to any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product involved.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any significant changes will be communicated to users via email or a notice on our website.
Continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in North Jakarta, Indonesia, under the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Association and in Bahasa Indonesia.
If arbitration is not feasible, the dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in North Jakarta, Indonesia.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
